  Food was lovely, atmosphere ws great. After screwing my order order up and serving me the wrong meal twice, i notified a member of staff, who clearly sensed my polite but irrate tension, and used an amazing level of charisma and charm to not only keep me happy, but amend his colleagues mistakes. His customer relation skills seemed to make every other staff member look like they weren't even trying. It's amazing what 1 individual with a bit of sense and ability can do to flip a situation from a potentially angry customer storming off, to that same customer sitting and feeling happy with the situation. I believe the gentleman was Italian, and i also believe he single handedly turned me from an upset customer, to a satisfied one.

  Amazing pub with great flare and outdoor area.
  Staff is happy and quick.
  
  Great atmosphere and very clean environment. Big wooden tables. High ceiling so tall ones don't bonk their heads.
  
  Food choices could be more, but nothing wrong with a few chippies with the pint.

  I was really disappointed with the welcome and reception of the staff when I visited here recently with friends. The staff were very frosty and we seemed an inconvenience because we had buggies with us. We were told that we could not sit in the restaurant even though there was only one other table dining there. Instead, we were told to go and sit at the table at the back, even though it was already occupied by two people having a business meeting, who swiftly moved to another table. We were not disruptive and we spent quite a bit of money as we all had lunch. The food could not be faulted and wait time was fine but sadly I will not be returning soon having had one of the worst welcomes of any establishment I have visited.

  Excellent Wimborne Pub/Restaurant with masses of seating inside and outside. Quirky and smart interior decoration - but mind your head on the huge low beam! Excellent food and good selection of drinks on offer. Open plan kitchen so easy to see what's going on. Can get busy. First rate toilets - a good indicator of the quality of a place. Highly recommended.
